Who am I?

I am Sandra De Freitas.


I have been designing, building, launching and consulting on memberships since 2005! I have managed other people's memberships and been behind 6 and 7 figure launches. 


I have burned out in the past. My eye twitched for an entire year. I got sick often. I didn't sleep well. I had recurring migraines. When I recovered I said to myself "This time I will learn the early signs of burning out and I won't do it again!" I kept that promise to myself and I pass on my lessons to my clients!


I'm also the host of the Memberships: What's Working Now Summit and the Memberships, Launches and Communities podcast and free Facebook community.
