Coaching Options

I have offered coaching since 2005, so coaching is definitely not a new offer for me.


I've offered 1:1 Zoom coaching calls for a number of clients and will continue to offer these. However, while Zoom coaching can be amazing and we get a lot done, many have asked for a lower investment with an asynchronous coaching option, which is why I've created these options. 

What Does Asynchronous Mean?


Asynchronous coaching occurs outside of real-time, such as with Zoom calls. 


We communicate throughout a period of time via Voxer/Facebook Messenger and/or through a Google Doc. 


This asynchronous coaching service combines the power of audio coaching through Voxer and text-based coaching through Google Docs. 


This hybrid approach offers the best of both worlds, allowing for both real-time communication and asynchronous support.

Voxer Coaching

  • Utilizing the Voxer app, clients can send voice messages to their coach, Sandra, allowing for convenient and efficient communication. 
  •  Clients can ask questions, share insights, and seek guidance through voice messages, receiving personalized and timely responses. 
  • Voxer coaching provides a more personal and conversational experience, creating a stronger connection between the coach and the client. 

Google Doc Coaching

  • Text-based coaching takes place through Google Docs, providing a structured and organized platform for coaching sessions. 
  • Clients can share links to websites, videos, etc. for review, allowing for customized feedback and action steps. 
  • Clients can share their thoughts, goals, and progress through written messages, allowing for deeper reflection and analysis. 
  • Coaches can provide detailed feedback, action steps, and resources directly within the Google Docs, enabling a collaborative and interactive coaching experience.

1 day is $250. A full week is $750.

Once you've paid for your chosen coaching package, a scheduling link will be provided. The current available coaching times are below (yes, you may buy a day / week of coaching now and use it anytime in 2025). 

Coaching times are 10am-5pm Eastern (Toronto Time). Special arrangements can be made for clients in challenging time zones (i.e. Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, etc.).

  • Week of September 8th

Note: Weeks are limited to 3 clients per week.

Create a Google Doc (so you own it) and share it with me via the email address I'll provide you with.

Get Coaching!

On the day/week of our coaching, you can start with your questions via Voxer / Messenger / Google doc. You may get a head start the day before. I will start answering your questions / providing feedback when our time begins. We will communicate throughout the day between 10am and 5pm Eastern (Toronto / NYC Time). I promise to reply within 2 hours of each message, with an aim to reply within the hour. Special arrangements can be made for clients in challenging time zones (i.e. Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, etc.).

Frequently Asked Questions...

Can I buy more than one coaching week / day and use it later?

Yes you can take advantage of this offer and buy more than one day/week. I will add more days throughout 2025. Please make every effort to use these in 2025.

What are the times? What is the time zone?

10 am - 5 pm eastern (Toronto/NYC time) 

Special arrangements can be made for our friends in challenging time zones (i.e. Australia, Singapore and New Zealand).

Asynchronous doesn't work for me. Do you offer ongoing coaching or coaching via Zoom?

Yes I do. Those coaching packages are premium investment and are available here: engagedgroups.com/coaching

How many clients will you take on?

I will take on 3 "week" clients and 5 "day" clients for each week/day slot. This may change in the future.

Can I start with a start with a "day" and upgrade to a "week"?

I'm sorry no that won't be an option. 

What if I need to cancel?

I am reserving this time for you. Please do what you can to participate on the day/week you have committed to. I have limited options to move you to a new date. 

Refunds will not be made if you cancel.

Which weeks / days are currently available?

Weeks: Week of March 17, May 12 and June 16.

Days: Thursday March 20, Thursday May 8 and Thursday June 5th.

When will you be adding more weeks and days?

I will add more throughout the year. 

I will not be adding spots during the following months: April, July, August, October. 

I take July and August mostly off and I will be focusing on my summits in April and October.

Can I add my team members to the coaching doc or Voxer?

You may add them but I ask that only one person ask questions. This just keeps it fair for clients who do not have teams and are paying the same price.

How do I know if I should book a day or a week?

If you need a plan, a strategy or an audit I would look at booking a week.
