What is a Membership Intensive?
It is a day* (or 2 half days) where you and I focus on your business all day so that we can make a giant step forward in your membership and get you more recurring revenue!
We go through my process to plan out your new membership, or in the case that you already have a membership, we go through your entire membership and focus on the areas you feel stuck or out of love with your membership.
We meet virtually.
By the end of the intensive you will have your plan.
After the Intensive you have 14 days** of support so you can ask follow up questions, clarification questions or anything else that may have come up.
* A day is 6 full hours not including breaks. Two half days equates to 3 hours each day or any other total of 6 hours.
** If you choose 2 half days then you would have 7 days of support following each half day.

- What days and times do you have available?I typically work Monday - Friday from 10-3pm eastern, however for intensives I open my schedule to include evenings and weekends. We will find a time to work for us both. Just know that I am unable to work before 9am. My brain just doesn't work at that time. It wouldn't be fair to charge you for my sleepy decaffeinated brain!
- Can my team join in on the intensive?Yes! Absolutely.
- Is there support available once the intensive is complete?Yes. You get 14 days of support immediately following the intensive to ask your follow up questions and get my feedback. That is offered via email, Voxer or Msger support.
If you choose 2 half days then you would have 7 days of support following each half day.
Please note that support begins immediately following the intensive and cannot be "saved". - What happens after the 14 day post intensive support? Can I get more help?Yes of course. We can discuss 1:1 coaching or my group coaching program for membership owners.
- Can I split my payments?Yes. There are 2 payment plans available. Your intensive has to take place once both payments have been made.

Hi, I’m Sandra De Freitas.
I am the host of the "Memberships: What's Working Now" Summit and the host of "Memberships, Launches and Communities" podcast!
I’ve been creating, developing, and consulting on memberships since 2005! (That’s not a typo and yes I was just 8 years old when I started haha!)
I’ve been coaching and mentoring clients on how to build, market, and grow their memberships for just about 20 YEARS!!
